Nesrine  has to try to steamroll Junko due to clothing related heat issues.  Junko lives for slugfests.  This will be one of the best fights in roun d two, but that s also how long Nesrine lasts.

Honestly I'm gonna have to go w/ Junko on this one. While I understand Nesrine's tenacity considering her background, Junko has more experience and tenacity considering the types of fights she's been in. I can tell this will be a close match, but Jun will barely pull through. Though I will admit there is a bit of bias in this decision since I wanted Skylar to pull through against Nesrine, no offence to those who supported her
(Side note: it's quite surprising how quick the polls turned out for this and the Erin vs Bumble fight)

It's a bit of a hard read, but I'd definitely give it to Nesrine.

Both are boxers here, and I generally don't focus too much on reach and height, so my analysis will pretty much focus on the fighting itself.

From what I've read and (though I don't weigh it nearly as much) what I've seen, Nesrine an extremely serious fighter with a real ruthless 'don't give up' attitude. That by itself doesn't warrant the win, but the brawler fighting style I've read about has.

People might underestimate her, but I can see her battlin hard from right out of the gates, to the final bell.

Good luck to both~

Absolutely interesting results! I do think people mis-underestimate Nesrine because of her attire but I personally think her opponents make the exact same mistake. When they see a 'girl who might seem funny in that outfit' in reality they should be imagining her as one of the most lethal boxers in the world, despite what she is wearing. Those moments of contemplation gives Nesrine the microseconds she needs to turn up the heat and make her opponent's faces into punching bags.

I think BECAUSE of the amount of anti-Nesrine comments on here, I'm definitely think it would be shocking if Nesrine pulls off this miraculous upset. Maybe someone will make a movie about it one day lol

I have seen a lot of these two
But knew only so little even when checking about.

:iconpunchbackplz::iconpunchesrightplz::iconpunchesleftplz::iconpunchplz:
But it seems both Jun and Nesrine got a certain gluttony for punishment. Always fun spying a fellow boxing masochist or two. I imagine this fight is going to be an In-Fighting collision right at the dead center of the ring. I would bet money on defense taking more the back seat in this big bout. I would love to even see the final "punches thrown" count versus "punches landed" count, at the end of this battle.

Each seems to be all too determined and eager to bring the fight in close and heavy to one another. Which I imagine such a beating on both sides will make the winner that much more tender for the next fight down the road. But you take your lumps and bumps on the road to victory like all the others. Right? I couldn't see these two being poor on aim, seeing as this is sure to be more of a slobber-knocker than one might expect.

I see the two almost are equal in height and even weight, only off by a couple inches and pounds here and there. It seems Nesrine might bring a more formidable bit of clinching to this bout if she has plans to utilize it into her style for this bout. While I picture it might be harder for Jun to get as sure fire a grasp on her opponent due to her attire. Even so, this might also lessen some of the blunt and even abrasive contact of the gloves striking on Nesrine too. Likely this would be very minimal a benefit at best.

However, even if this is a full scale bout in a state of the art arena with or without good ventilation and either cooling/heating benefits... A fight like this has the potential to drag out given the pain soaking sponges these two sound to be. I see there being more stamina in Jun's corner and same time being more fully clothed is going to add more heat and fatigue in steady little increments upon Nesrine too. So while I dont see either winning by a landslide... I think the one who will outlast the blizzard of punches that will be flying back and forth to be...

Love this analysis too! Though I would wager Nesrine would be more prone to brawling at the begining in hopes to wear down her opponent and tire her out. This would naturally tire out Nesrine too but Nesrine knows there's a lot on the line and would do anything she can to go the extra mile and unload every last ounce of strength she had to move on!

Spoken like a glutton for punishment :highfive: revampHighfive fella (Reactions):highfive: revamp
I like the fact how Jun and Nesrine sound like they also are the types to really hunker in close and lather up in a good heavy exchange. My own character is like this, so I can guess there is going to be a hefty amount of impacts back and forth being landed.

Determination is something that wont be in short supply on either side. I imagine both will be hungry to fall right into the heat of the moment and make it a spirited exchange. As I think either holding back would be an insult to the other. While strategy will be present, I'm betting it will be a clash of endurance. And while Nesrine might be wise to come out early swinging, think Jun will too. I glimpsed through some of your gallery and your pics as well as Jun's stories it seems the determining factor is stamina, which I think Jun... BARELY, and I mean, BARELY, holds the edge there. And its that little drop extra that I think will get her the down to the wireOHNOES_   win here.

Honestly though, no matter who wins or loses... My character would love to get front row seats to this fight out of almost all seen so far, as it would resonate well considering she is about the same in style as these two. I know it would be an awesome show to behold!

This one would definitely be close but I'm putting my money on Junko. While she and Nesrine dfinitely have that intensity to them, Junko jsut has that aura around her that makes her much more determined to win. Plus knowing that she's done foxy boxing before, she knows some other tactics to counter Nesrine and use it against her.

A little bit difficult one. Nesrine is a bit taller than Junko, and a little heavier, but that wouldn´t count for much. It´s not such a difference like Ysabeau vs Samiya.

Both girls can box. Okay, Junko has a lot of experience, as a boxer. She would probably tear Nesrine apart in a boxing match, but this is the tournament, and not a boxing match. So Nesrine may use her MMA skills as well. And yup, it´s a different story then. Though I am not sure about how much Nesrine´s clothes will limit her moves.

Both girls wear boxing gloves, okay. Here is what I think what will happen until round two: a beautiful boxing match unfolds, with both girls getting their punches in. Junko on the attack eager to score a knockout, Nesrine plays the counterpuncher. Perhaps in the middle of round two Junko gets the upper hand eventually, driving Nesrine back with jabs and hooks. Nesrine very disciplined will have fought a boxing match, but then she must admit that Junko is the better boxer of the two of them. Junko - sensing victory is near - goes all in and tries to get through Nesrine´s defense with a flurry of punches. Until then Nesrine has strictly used boxing, hiding her MMA skills.

When Junko eventually starts swinging her punches wildly like haymakers, the opening is there. Her defense is open like a barn´s gate, and - WHAM - a kick to the stomach not only surprises Junko but also brings her guard down. Nesrine follows up with an uppercut to the chin that sends Junko reeling towards ring center. Because she is shaken her defense is not organized, and - WHAM - a kick to the liver. Junko collapses to the mat.

So far, so good. Nesrine wears boxing gloves, so she is unable to get a good hold on Junko. A sleeper hold maybe while Junko is floored? Or a try on a RNC? Most unlikely. It would be more convenient for her to let the referee count Junko out, since the girl is badly hurt.

Mmmmh, that´s the situation I imagine towards the end of round two. I am sure Junko will try to fight her pain, get up, and be on the defensive side for the rest of the round. Maybe she makes it to the bell.

Then comes round three. Junko knows now that Nesrine will use kicks, too. She will be more careful now in her attacks, always be ready to block a leg that may come for her. Nesrine will try to get some kicks in occasionally, but Junko is warned and blocks them or dodges under them in case they are aimed for her head. Around half-time of round three Junko´s experience makes the difference. She gets more punches in than Nesrine, and eventually wears her down. Nesrine goes on the attack as she feels that the match slowly slides out of her hands, but in the process she gets caught by a right hook to the chin that rocks her from head to toe. Junko senses her chance and lands a left to the body, followed by a perfectly timed right hook the chin.

Nesrine goes down. Shaking her head several times to clear off the cobwebs she eventually gets up. However, Junko has been waiting for her. As Nesrine raises her guard, Junko goes under the defending arms, fires a right and a left to the body which brings Nesrine´s guard down, and then Junko delivers big time with a solid right hook the chin.

Nesrine goes down again. Junko steps back to let the referee count. Nesrine tries to get up again. She manages to get to her knees at the count of "6", and as she tries to get to her feet she falls back to the canvas where she will be counted out.

KO victory for Junko.

Love your analysis but I don't see Nesrine getting knocked out. She has a tremendously strong chin which she uses to her advantage. People constantly underestimate her because of her attire which gives her many openings as her opponents always have their guards down. Giving an opening for Nesrine is asking for trouble as once she starts a combo... look out Junko!

Yes, anything can happen. I wouldn´t underestimate her, as I don´t underestimate any girl in that tournament. They are there for a reason. :)

I don´t think that Junko will underestimate her either, since Nesrine made it to round 2 of the tournament, and that means she must have defeated her previous opponent. Junko would be bad advised if she didn´t take her for serious.

I also mentioned about the clothes of Nesrine. Though she may be used to wear a complete dress like she does I see her have the disadvantage here when the fight gets long. In one of the comments I read about overheating the body due to her full dress, and I also think that her attire will take its toll on her in the later rounds. Remember, these are ten minutes rounds. Just imagine yourself completely packed in a similar dress, and then you start running (not even boxing, only running), for 30 - 40 minutes which would mean 3 - 4 rounds in the tournament. I´m pretty sure you would want to lay down one piece of clothes or the other because your sweating like hell. And then imagine you just CAN´T put anything away. It will drain your power. And the longer this situation lasts the faster the batteries will be emptied.

Now back to Nesrine, and imagine her not running, but boxing which is harder to do than running. Plus getting hit. I assure you, after 30 - 40 minutes of boxing in that dress she will be so exhausted that she won´t even WANT to raise her arms anymore.

Nesrine has got a tremendously strong chin, good for her, and good to hear. I love it when girls can take some punches to their chin and not drop right away. However, she won´t take them forever. Like Junko also won´t take them forever.

In the end all of this is pure fantasy only. Everybody who makes comments (hopefully) not only favors the girl they like best but also have an eye on capabilities. If this was a real fight of real equally strong girls I think it will be the one who can move the best without restrictions by clothing. Remember, Nesrine will sweat a lot, and this will soak her clothes which makes them heavier and movable. Have you ever worn a shirt with long arms and sweated a lot? The sleeves will stick to your arms and consume more and more of your power when you raise your arms, and maybe there will come the time when raising them comes a split second too late simply because the wet sleeves limit the movement.

But I may be all wrong with that (especially the wet sleeves, but I speak from experience).

I like both Nesrine and Junko, and I would love both of them to proceed to the semi-finals. However, this is not possible, and I see Junko winning, just barely.

Nesrine will want to try and weather Junko's storm. Junko has power and fury and if she can bulldoze Nesrine, she can probably win the fight rather early and rather convincingly. Nesrine needs to be able to stay defensive while Junko is pushing. She also needs to look for opportunities to try and get Junko to the ground if she can. It will most likely be her best way to win, because if she is going to try and win the fight upright (which she is capable of doing), then she's going to be in for a longer fight and that could be dangerous.

Quite a study in contrasts. I'm not so familiar with Junko, but my gut is telling me Nesrine is going to go for the jugular. Junko won't even know what hit her.

For me it's in the eyes. Look at the intensity in Nesrine's eyes, then look at Junko's. It gives the impression that one of them is taking this much more seriously than the other.

Take a closer look, both of them are serious about the fight. Junko got big eyes, but look at her mouth. And what is a jugular? I tried Google translate, it was no help. :(

Another pure boxing match eh? And what a contrast between the two as well. Personally I'm giving this to Junko because while Nesrine has a height and (slight) weight advantage, Junko's known for being a topless boxer so she's seen both the clean and dirty sides of boxing. That experience against many different opponents and knowing some of the maybe dirtier legal tricks puts her at an advantage. Plus I think my gut tells me there'll be more power to her punches as well
